“SHORT” - $900. Includes 1 photographer for 1 hour + all unedited images.

- Our wedding photographer San Diego will coordinate the photo session so you can relax and have fun.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
How much do you charge to reserve the date? The first payment is only 1/3 of the total. Half of the remaining amount is due 30 days before the date of your wedding. The final payment is due on your big day upon your photographer's arrival. If you pay in advance but your plans change for some reason, the 2nd and/or 3rd payment can be refunded at any time before its due date/time listed above. In other words, you have nothing to lose by paying in full in advance.
How early should we start the coverage? If you want us to capture you getting ready, putting on the makeup, getting your hair done, putting on the dress, closeups of the rings, first look, bridesmaids/groomsmen helping with the process, etc., we recommend starting the coverage 2-3 hours before the start time of the ceremony. If you don't need us to capture the above, we would recommend starting the coverage 30-60 minutes before the ceremony, which would give your photographer and/or videographer sufficient amount of time to capture beautiful close-up shots of your ceremony venue interior/exterior, flowers, chairs, decorations, details, scenery, your guests arriving and greeting each other, and the overall atmosphere before the ceremony starts.
What are the benefits of hiring the same company for both photography and videography? First of all, being booked for multiple services at the same time allows us to offer a lower total price, which means savings for you. In addition, our photographers and videographers always work together as one team by helping each other and not getting in each other's way. Last but not least, you would be dealing with one contact person (our company owner) instead of trying to get a hold of multiple people/companies. We believe the above reasons make it obvious that it's more beneficial to have a single provider for both taking photos and videos. It simply makes things easier and more enjoyable for all parties involved.
What wedding venues have you worked at in the past? We have worked multiple times at almost all event venues in San Diego and the surrounding areas. This includes Bali Hai, Marina Village, Dana Resort, Bahia Resort, Coronado Community Center, Coronado Cays Yacht Club, Twin Oaks, Green Gables, Orfila Winery, Carmel Mountain Ranch Estate, Bernardo Winery, Rancho Bernardo Inn, Sunset Cliffs Inn, Handlery Hotel, Tom Ham's Lighthouse, Admiral Kidd Club, Admiral Baker Club House, The Butcher Shop, Paradise Point, San Diego Museum of Art, Mission Beach Women's Club, La Jolla Women's Club, Hilton Bayfront, Marriott Marquis, Hyatt Regency, Ultimate Skybox, Hard Rock Hotel and many more!
How soon after my wedding day will I get the images? If you choose the "basic" package, you will receive the photos within one week after the event. If you choose the "popular" or the "premium" package, our photographers will require a few days to a couple of weeks to edit the images. Therefore, you will receive them within two to four weeks. If you'd like to receive your final media files faster, there is an option for expedited editing, which starts at $350.
Who will be my photographer and videographer? It's going to be one of our experienced, professional and talented photographers. Our company owner (Charlie Walkrich) hires and trains each and every photographer personally. Over the years, we've developed a complex and thorough system of finding and training the best people in town. In fact, many of our photographers have their own real and successful businesses. Working with us simply allows them to fill their remaining available dates. Many photographers also prefer taking photos over dealing with bookings, contracts, payments, etc. So working with us gives them an amazing opportunity to focus on what they love to do the most.
Do you offer photo booth services? Yes, we have two different photo booths to choose from. The most budget-friendly option is our digital photo booth. It comes with dozens of fun high quality props, on site operator and an easy-to-share online link to the entire gallery. If you'd like to have your photos printed right away, there is also an option to book a traditional photo booth that would come with a nice backdrop and unlimited on site prints for a small extra fee.
Do you offer any specials or discounts? One of our current specials allows you to get $50 off the total if you book us within 48 hours of emailing us. Another special we are currently offering allows you to get an extra hour of our top style photography coverage for free if you add at least 3 extra hours of coverage to your wedding photography package. As for military, student, senior, non profit or other similar discounts, we do not provide any of the above at this time.
Can I meet with my photographer in San Diego before the wedding? Due to our low prices, limited availability and easy online booking/planning system, we do not offer free in-person consultations. We would be more than happy to answer your questions via email, phone or Skype. Otherwise, we charge an extra fee for in-person consultations with our company owner Charlie Walkrich. Instead of spending time and money on a personal meeting, our recommendation is to look through our family photo samples and read our online reviews, which should give you a very good idea of who we are and how we operate.
In what format do you deliver the photos? All raw and edited photos are usually delivered in JPEG format, which is very popular and readable on all laptops, smartphones, tablets and other devices. If you would like your photos to be delivered in a different format, please let us know so we can tell you if it's possible and what the cost would be. If you'd like to have your images delivered in RAW format, this service is available for an extra fee due to the extremely large file sizes.
Why do I have to pay so much to have my images edited?  That is a great question! While it may appear that photographing a wedding is the main part of the job while photo editing is a very quick process that is done at the end, it's not usually the case. Let's say your photography provider takes 3000 intimate images in five hours but in reality you only need about 300.  Removing those 2700 images one by one while choosing 300 best photos and making them look even better takes many hours of hard work. If we give you all 3000 images, you would likely be overwhelmed and have a hard time finding the best images yourself, not to mention taking the time to adjust exposure, contrast, brightness and making them look modern and natural yet full of love and passion. Having said the above, wedding photo editing often takes even longer than photographing a wedding. That's why it costs so much.
Do you require a meal on the day of the wedding? No, we do not require a meal. If we are hired for more than 5-6 hours of coverage time, the photographer will bring his or her own food or snacks. If  you would like to feed your photographer anyway, you are more than welcome to do so. However, it is not required and we do not ask for it.
Why are your services so cheap? What's the catch? Our company was founded by DJ Charlie Walkrich. Before becoming a successful business owner, Charlie was a poor immigrant from Eastern Europe. In order to survive in the U.S., he had to keep thorough track of his income and expenses. As life went by, Charlie started to apply the same techniques to his businesses. Instead of spending thousands of dollars on advertising and purchasing expensive unnecessary equipment, Charlie found other ways to promote his business and deliver a good quality product. Over the years, his business continued to grow and providing multiple wedding services at the same time allowed Charlie to reduce the cost even further. You can learn more about Charlie Walkrich and his story in this video.

Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied with the photos? As most San Diego wedding photographers, we do not usually offer refunds. Prior to hiring us and making your first payment, we would like to invite you to browse our website, view our sample photo albums, read reviews from our past clients and check out frequently asked questions. If you decide to proceed with the contract, please make sure to review it carefully and become familiar with terms prior to signing it. In most cases, your payment(s) would not be refundable after their due date/time listed on the contract.
In addition to wedding photography, what other services do you offer? When it comes to weddings and planning in Southern California, we can supply almost everything you can think of. Our main services are videography, photo booth services, DJ services, AV equipment rentals, stages, sound, lighting and photographers in San Diego, CA and Los Angeles, CA.
